The RUVO 1278 has indexed fasteners at all four corners. The perfect machine to follow a RUVO 930 or as a standalone assembler of the door, side jambs, and header.

The RUVO 1278 Door and Jamb Assembly Machine quickly and accurately assemble the side jambs, header, and door into a pre-hung door unit.

It has four pre-set staple patterns and a flow-through design. It accommodates plain or split jambs. The RUVO 1278 is designed to be used with the RUVO 930 Hercules or as a stand-alone machine.

The operator rolls the door onto the 1278 assembly table. The feed-through pop-up rollers lower the door into the assembly machine. The strike and head jamb are put in place. The operator pushes a button, the machine clamps and firesand the assembled pre-hung door unit is rolled off the machine.

This machine has four fastener tools, one at each corner, with variable index firing features. The frame header can be inserted at either end of the machine. In addition, proximity sensors automatically adjust the machine for left-or-right hand doors, eliminating manual turning of doors for right and left-hand assembly.

The fastener tools are included with the RUVO 1278.
