How the 9600 Workflow Moves a Door
This layout is built around the RUVO 9600, a fully automatic CNC door lite cutter, with accessory machines placed around it so each exterior door moves from one step to the next. The RUVO 2002S Steel Door Loader feeds doors into the line, and the RUVO 9610 Lite Disposal handles the cut-out material. The RUVO 9620 Flip/Insert Table installs lites with the push of a button, while the 9625 Hinge Installation Table and 9630 Frame Assembly Table cover hinging and framing. The 9640 Tilt Table and 9645 Expandable Tilt Table position doors for handling, the RUVO 1100 Door Sizer Beveler sizes and bevels slabs, and RUVO 1546/47 carts move doors and material between stations.
