How the Short Footprint Layout Works

Smaller interior door shops do not always have room for a long production line, and this layout is meant for them. It is built from three RUVO machines. The RUVO 930 Hercules is the core machine of the layout. The RUVO 2002 Automatic Door Loader feeds door slabs so operators are not lifting each one by hand. The RUVO 1278 Door Jamb and Assembly Table provides the station where jambs are assembled and doors are put together into finished units. Together they give a compact shop a complete path from slab to assembled door without the floor space a larger line demands. Click any machine above to see its full details, or contact RUVO to talk through how this layout could fit your own shop floor.
